Message from the Squadron Commander for the Squadron Safety Program SUBJECT: OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT One of the training topics to be covered during the current Safety Blitz is a discussion of the CAP Operational Risk Management (ORM) Program. Since we only have one meeting to cover this and you cannot all attend, I am going to pass the information to you and ask that you review it.
Please review these materials and understand the concept and basic principles. This should be done this week if possible. If not, whenever you can. Again, you need NOT advise me that this has been completed. If you have questions, bring them to the next meeting or discuss them directly with Lt. Koski, LtCol. Lander, or myself. Jim Maj.
