Senior Members Senior Members fuel our mission work in aerospace education, cadets programs, and emergency services. There are a wide variety of volunteer opportunities available, and you do not have to be a pilot to join! Senior Members may: Participate in general aviation search and rescue Work with local and national agencies when disaster strikes Help keep our community safe through homeland security missions Work with youth in the cadet program Transport time-sensitive materials and donated live organs Support CAP’s communications network, the most extensive in the nation Work on ground search and rescue for missing persons
