WING RUNNER COURSE ONLINE CAP Cadets who are at least 14 years of age, who also complete the Wing Runner course may participate in glider ground operations past the hold line of the runway. It is highly recommended that seniors helping with your squadron's glider ops also complete this course. (Print and bring your certificate to your glider flight.)
