All members attending Operation Anchors Away! must read the Operational Orders before arriving.

OPERATIONAL ORDERS for OAA

*UPDATE*

Due to security and other concerns that will take away from our fun we will be staying at the Camp Ground listed below instead of Fort Story.

We have reserved the entire Rustic Camping area which is 10 sites. 
2 pools available
mini golf available for $5 per person extra
other outdoor sports

1. Arrival after 3PM on Friday.
2. Departure will be approximately 1PM on Sunday.
3. The main activities will stay the same. However the campground offers additional opportunities for fun.
4. Cost is still $20 made out to CAP.
5. The following will be added to the equipment list: Conservation bathing suit. Tent and basic camping equipment.
 

 

-Activities:
 
Tour a US Navy Aircraft Carrier and eat lunch aboard.
Tour the US Marine Helicopter Command.
Other activities are being finalized.

We have room for the 1st 40 cadets and seniors that would like to participate.
 
Arrive on Friday evening, Sept. 12 and leave approximately noon on September 14.
