About Augusta Composite Squadron

The Augusta Composite Squadron has been in Augusta County since it received its charter on 11 December 1956, which makes this the oldest chartered squadron in the state. At that time it was called Augusta Squadron and was made up of just senior members. Since then the squadron has changed and is now a Composite Squadron, which is made up of seniors (ages 18+) and Cadets (ages 12 to 18). The Squadron has approx. 20 Cadets and 15 senior members at this time.

The Squadron meets every Monday night from 6:30pm. to 9pm. at Waynesboro - Eagle’s Nest Airport located at 249 Aero Drive Waynesboro, VA. 22980.
