The intention of the
Non-Commissioned Officer Academy is to teach cadet NCOs the critical skills they need for developing their mentoring, teamwork, and leadership skills. NCOA students will get real world chances to interact with serving NCOs from the U.S. Armed Forces, team up with others on practical and theoretical leadership challenges, and develop partnerships to begin lifelong leadership excellence.

Highlights include:

- Focus on leadership, both in theory and practical application in realistic, every day methods

- Develop your own skills and learn from serving NCOs from various branches of the military

- Space is limited to 36 students

- Must be between C/SrA and up to (including) C/CMSgt

The director for the academy is SSgt Lester Flores, CAP.

Many thanks to various Joint Base Langley-Eustis NCOs that join us for a special round-table of questions and answers each year!
